Cash prizes announced for the 2018 ChE Research Symposium poster session

August 28, 2018

Cash prizes will be awarded at the 2018 Chemical Engineering Department Research Symposium. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place posters are $300, $150, and $50, respectively.

There is still time to submit an abstract for the poster session. Please send your abstract to Daniel Cetnar as a Word document by Saturday, September 1.

Linxi Wang wins best TA award; Ratul Chowdhury wins best paper

August 28, 2018

Linxi Wang won the Chemical Engineering department’s best TA award for his work in ChE 410: Mass Transfer Operations in the Fall of 2017.

Meanwhile, Ratul Chowdhury won the Chemical Engineering department’s best paper award. Chowdhury is co-advised by Manish Kumar and Costas Maranas.
